     Bascin Favorites Tester will work regardless of which web browser
     you have set as the default web browser.  It will only test Internet
     Explorer Favorites though.  It Does not test favorites/bookmarks for
     any other web browsers at present.

     This program will test your Internet Explorer Favorites and provide
     you with the HTTP response code for each.  You can choose to delete
     invalid Favorites automatically, or move them to an ~Invalid Favorites
     folder, or simply report the results of the testing so you can decide 
     which to update or delete.

     Registered users need to install this same version and enter the 
     registration key provided when they registered.  Bascin Favorites Tester
     Lite users can simply install and use this version.  Lite users are
     missing some features, but have enough to do a full testing of all their
     favorites one folder at a time.

Installation:
  
   Uninstall any previous version prior to installing this version.

     Unzip, run setup.exe (or run the .msi file if you already have
       latest Windows Installer)

   This software is distributed after thorough Virus Scanning,
   and testing to insure it will operate as stated.  Any 
   problems with this software should be reported to the 
   author mark@bascin.com

Known Issues:

   Occasionally the program may experience a lockup when testing a large
   number of favorites, especially when left visible.  To reduce the 
   likelihood of this use the Minimize While Testing feature.

   Windows 98SE, ME users may find the program appears to crash when
   they enter their registration key.  This only occurs when the program
   tries to restart after accepting the registration key.  If this occurs
   you can press CTRL-ALT-DEL once to display the Task Manager.  Then
   click on Bascin Favorites Tester and click End Task.  It has already
   stored the registration code so there is no need to re-enter it.
