BASCIN IP LOOKUP UTILITY v2.x IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
You may duplicate and distribute the Bascin IP Lookup Utility v2.x distribution package if you wish; you may give exact copies of this distribution package; distribute this distribution package in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.  No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Bascin IP Lookup Utility v2.x without PRIOR signed written permission from Mark Bascin.  If you want to distribute Bascin IP Lookup Utility v2.x in a retail location, or as part of a hardware or software bundle, or on CD/DVD you must get PRIOR signed written permission from Mark Bascin.  A single copy of the distribution media will be required as evidence of compliance.

You may not clone, decompile, disassemble, emulate, lease, modify, rent, reverse engineer, sell, or transfer Bascin IP Lookup Utility v2.x, or any portion thereof, except as provided for in this agreement. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of this license and may result in civil and/or criminal prosecution. Websites and software products found to contain components of Bascin IP Lookup Utility v2.x will be held accountable for any lost revenues, damages, and all legal expenses incurred as a result. Any such website or software product developer found to be in violation of this agreement will immediately remove all components of the Bascin IP Lookup Utility v2.x found within their website or software product. As an alternative to legal action any individual or company may (at the discretion of Mark Bascin) opt to pay a fine levied by Mark Bascin for such violation of this agreement. No fine is to exceed a maximum of $500USD per day per violation.

Installation and use of any version of Bascin IP Lookup Utility v2.x signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Bascin IP Lookup Utility v2.x files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
